My grandmother's funeral was held at the location on HallsFerry and I tell you the experience was needless to say a Horrible one. First, they never lined the family up, where the children of the deceased should have sat on the front row. They literally, allowed whoever was in the front when the doors opened to sit on front row, then second and so on. I've never been to a funeral home where they didnt tell the folks that were already in there seated to get up and clear the room because the family is coming in first. They allowed folks to stay seated that were already in there while the family came in. I mean I was totally in disgust!!!!! I know that radio personality is always shouting this funeral home out, but he really shouldn't because their service is beyond disgraceful.
Your extra attention to all the many details and the many extra things you did will always be remembered and appreciated. All the special touches you added for us meant more than you will ever know. You are such a wonderful gentleman and should be so proud of the difficult job you do each day.
